By enrolling in a course at SprachCafé, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Enrollment: Your enrollment becomes effective upon the successful completion of payment for the course via our secure payment gateway, Razorpay. Razorpay complies with all relevant RBI guidelines to ensure the security of transactions.

Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued as per our refund policy (see section 5). All course fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.

Payment Handling: Payments are processed through Razorpay in compliance with RBI guidelines, ensuring that your payment details are handled securely. We do not store sensitive payment information.

Course Material: Upon enrollment, you will receive access to course materials and learning resources.

Class Timing: Class timings may change depending on batch availability or instructor schedules. Changes will be communicated to you in advance.

Dispute Resolution: In case of payment disputes, please reach out to us at hello@sprachcafeinstitute.com. Razorpay’s dispute resolution process will also be followed as per RBI regulations.
